Fredrick Meijer Gardens Grandma and Me: Tropical Zentangle April 2, 2018 10:00 pm – 11:30 pm ENROLL Have a tropical “stay-cation” here at Meijer Gardens! Learn fun tropical Zentangle patterns and work together to decorate tropical leaves, shells and other objects. Feel free to dress the part with sunglasses, shorts and flip- lops! After the class, be sure to visit the Lena Meijer Tropical Conservatory to complete your experience! This class is for an adult and child pair. Member Cost: $18 member child, 18 member adults Non-Member Cost: $22 non-member child, 22 non-member adults Age Range: 8+ with Adult SPRING BREAK AT THE KROC Monday–Friday, April 2–6 Join us during spring break for daily special activities and entertainment for the whole family, including extended open swim, family fitness classes, bounce houses, interactive performances, wildlife presentations and more! Support group for mental healthHolland Free Health Clinic 99 W. 26th St. Holland, MI 49423 Contact Coral Swieringa at 616-392-3610 ext. 205 We have started a new support group for Hope and Healing. This is a 5 week program focusing on different issues at each meeting. Anyone is welcome to come starting April 12th from 3-4:30pm. More information can be found here. Homebuyer education classNeighborhood Housing Services teaches Homebuyer Education class every month. It is a 6-hour class, split over 2 evenings. Next month the dates are April 10 and 24, 5:00 – 8:00 p.m., at 11 N. Sixth Street in Grand Haven. Valuable, unbiased information for the first-time homebuyer is presented in a casual, small-group setting. No selling, no pressure, no tests! The fee is $25 per household. Pre-registration is required. Attendance both evenings earns a Homebuyer Ed Certificate, which is required for some types of down payment assistance.
